At long last it seems that things on Lookout are
moving along. Of the three sites, Lookout seems to be the slowest this season,
which worries me. It could be due to the increased disturbance at the site, or
perhaps this is the normal situation. I am not yet too concerned, Robberg is
also eggless, and at least the number of nests at Lookout has increased
exponentially of late! Shirley and I found a washed up octopus, a beautiful
large specimen, which unfortunately ended up as a lucky gull’s breakfast!
